The NAPDS 2008-2009 Membership year runs from April 14, 2008 to March 15, 2009.

Complete the 2008-2009 Membership Form only if you did not attend the April 2008 PDS National Conference in Orlando, Florida. Registration for the conference includes NAPDS membership.

To join NAPDS, please print or type information as you would like it to appear in membership listings using the following 2008-2009 NAPDS Membership Form.

As a member, we hope that you will take advantage of the benefits that NAPDS has to offer:

• NAPDS Newsletter published three a year.
• NAPDS Journal published twice a year.
• NAPDS website (www.napds.org)  Please take advantage of the website offerings.  You may choose to also become a member of the NAPDS Listserv.
• Professional Development Schools National Conference schedule, call for proposals, and conference updates.
